DESTINATION WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY FAQ
What are your Destination Wedding Photography Fees and Prices?
Our destination wedding photography collections are the same as our regular wedding photography collections, taking into consideration travel. The only additional costs that our couples would be responsible for are as follows:
1) Airfare
2) Airline baggage fees
3) Rental car (typically 1-2 days, depending on the length of the wedding)
3) Lodging
4) Vendor meals for the day of the wedding
How many people will we need to fly out?
Depending on your wedding photography package, guest count, and timeline, we would need you to fly out up to 2 people. Louis Photography will cover the costs of any assistants that we decide to bring along. In addition, we prefer to depart for the destination a day in advance to account for airline delays and ensure that we will arrive to the destination on time.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
