Inspired

It was last month... where I get a hold of this magazine B&W, while waiting for Hooi Ling to get off from work, I decided to hang around Starbucks and saw a photo taken by one of the photographer featured in the magazine. He took a dragonfly photo using black & white film *not this one, his more nice! in fact, every photos inside this magazine is black & white (B&W) I was so impressed on how he did it! I always get inspired by lots of really good photographer everytime I see their work and i'm glad I can learn from them... so, I went home.... look for this photo which initially I thought it was not good in color... done some post editing and WAHLA!! mamamia..... :) loved the contrast.

Anticipation

It was taken 2 weeks back while I'm off for another visit to the KL butterfly farm with my 50mm F2.5, It was a good lens... tack sharp! the size of the butterfly was only slightly bigger than a thumb, shooting it was not an easy task though... cause normally a small Bfly like this won't stay long if someone big size like me moving around the surrounding hehe... I ended up waiting for it to land on the leaf, hold still, and BANG! (snap). I have heard many telling me about getting the "moments" in shooting especially in wedding, for me, anticipation comes first before we can be able to capture moments... I loves waiting, listening for the right "moment" and there you go! a history of your important day is recorded. :)
